The importance of positive emotions to lead change
Professor Barbra Fredrickson speaks about how positive emotions open our minds. How can we experience more positve emotions so that we are more apt to meet the personal and societal problems that we face? Positve emotions makes us more creative and supports us to expand our seeing so that we can be aware of a larger part of our reality.
