Meditating managers take better decisions
Managers who have a meditative attitude to work has the capacity to take in more and broader perspectives when they take imporant decisions, which on a long term basis leads to the business being developed in a more sustainable way.
New research from the Stockholm School of Economics, by Phd Lasse Lychnell, was recently presented in Vancuver at the world’s largest conference for managemeng reserachers.
