RePro – the Regional Process Leader Program
Regional development processes are often complex. The stakeholders come from different organisations and each process has its unique character. Decisions need to be taken by many, at the same time mandates are often unclear and informal. The abilility of the process leader to navigate well on a political arena is crucial. One success factor is to cultivate trust and a shared regional ambition among the stakeholders. Regional challenges are often characterized by that there are no given solutions. Instead they need to be created in innovative processes, which in turn puts high demands on the leaders to lead into the unknown and be steady in themselves. A good tool box is important, but the most important tool is the leader’s own self-awareness and maturity.
RePro – the Regional Process Leader Program has an innovative design, where part of the structure is to work with your own challenges. The program is experience-based, you will undergo a personal learning process. The program is based on research, theory, exercises and extensive experience of regional development and leadership.
